And the developer needs to be able to prove to his bank that properties are being reserved. To encourage off-plan purchases, developers normally give a 15% discount but we can get 20-30% since we buy whole complexes.

 

Example: The property you contract to buy for £100,000 could be selling for £130,000 plus any inflation when completed. If property prices inflated by say 15% during the year, it would be selling for £145,000. You could then sell on your interest in the property to another investor or the end user. We will arrange this for you and you receive back £45,000 profit, plus the original deposit.
