And the developer needs to be able to prove to his bank that properties are being reserved. To encourage off-plan purchases, developers normally give a 15% discount but we can get 20-30% since we buy whole complexes. Example: The property you contract to buy for £100,000 could be selling for £130,000 plus any inflation when completed.
